As part of the share transfer transaction carried out with Germany-based Wittur Holding GmbH, SAİS Partners İş Danışmanlık İthalat ve İhracat Limited Şirketi acquired, as of December 2025, the shares of Wittur’s manufacturing subsidiary in Türkiye, Wittur Asansör Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. Following completion of the transfer, the company continues its operations under the name SAIS Technologies. 

Under the agreements, SAIS Technologies is the sole company entitled to manufacture Wittur products in Türkiye. It manufactures elevator systems and components and supplies these products to Wittur Elevator Systems. In addition, it manufactures spare parts and related components for Wittur products, provides technical support services, and contributes to the reliable and sustainable use of the products. Manufacturing and technical support activities are carried out within the framework of the business continuity and service level agreements signed between the parties, with priority given to maintaining quality and operational standards. 

Sales and distribution activities in the Türkiye market are conducted separately from SAIS Technologies’ manufacturing and supply role. The sale and distribution of Wittur-branded products in Türkiye are carried out through authorized distributors. 

This structure combines SAIS Technologies’ strong local manufacturing capacity with Wittur’s global experience, while ensuring a clear and transparent separation of manufacturing, supply, and distribution roles. With its approach based on high quality standards, reliable manufacturing, and sustainable cooperation, SAIS Technologies aims to create long-term value for various sectors in Türkiye.
